Your First Visit
Our goal for your first appointment is to get to know you as best we can, both when it comes to your dental needs as well as your personality. After being checked in by our friendly front desk team, if you are taking advantage of our special discount for new patients, you will be greeted by one of our outstanding dental hygienists and will have your teeth cleaned. If you are here for a dental consultation, you’ll be escorted to your treatment room to meet your dentist, and they’ll take a moment to chat with you before performing an oral exam. If necessary, an assistant will take a few diagnostic images and X-rays of your mouth. Afterward, your dentist will discuss their observations with you, answer your questions and recommend any additional treatments you might need.
Dental Insurance Information
Even the highest quality dental care should be affordable, which is why we’re happy to work with dental insurance plans from a long list of the most popular providers. Our team can go over your benefits with you so you know exactly what is and isn’t covered, and we’ll even file claims on your behalf to make sure you’re getting the most out of your coverage. With us, saving on your care will be nice and simple every time! To learn more about dental insurance and how we can use your plan, click on the link below.
We believe that no one should ever have to miss out on their dental care because of finances, even if they currently don’t have insurance. That’s why our practice is ready to help our patients qualify for flexible, interest-free payment plans so they can break down the cost of their care into smaller, more manageable chunks. Please remember that our office has a $50 cancellation fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This fee is the patient's responsibility and cannot be forwarded to your insurance company. The fee must be paid to the next scheduled appointment.
