Dr. Michelle Woods
Dr. Michelle Woods grew up in Albany N.Y. In 1984, she graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and later went on to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Howard University. In 1995, she graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Postdoctoral Training:
- General Dentistry Residency at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY
- Ongoing advanced training in traditional and minimally invasive (mini) dental implants
- Implant use with crowns, full and partial dentures. The Acadamy of Dental Therapeutics and Stomatology
- Ceramic restorations using the Cerec system

- Michelle has worked with medical assistance programs in treating underserved children in the area.
She resides in Laurel with her husband Larry and son Dylan. Besides her passion for dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and traveling.
