There was not enough of the tooth remaining to restore it with a crown or veneer. We carefully extracted the remainder of the tooth’s root and inserted a dental implant. With the new type of implants, we were able to place a temporary crown and in one hour our patient walked out of the office as good as new and smiling with confidence.
